Please join us at our inaugural cheese tasting and pairing evening hosted by Andy Hastilow, our new associate and passionate cheese lover! This is an opportunity for our discerning customers to taste and enjoy a selection of the extraordinary 950 cheeses that are now being produced in Britain. Our guests will be invited to explore a curated selection of cheeses chosen to showcase a range of flavours and textures, each thoughtfully paired with complementary wines, beers and ciders. We will be joined by Chris Heyes, creator of Blue Clouds cheese from Balcombe Dairy in West Sussex, who will guide the tasting, share his story and offer his expert insight into the cheese making process. Guests will also have the opportunity to sample his products plus some delicious recipes made by the team at our Bakehouse inspired by the evening's cheeses.
