About the event
Nick Edgar was a former Head Chef under Raymond Blanc at the world-renowned, two-Michelin-star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. He later led The Samling, successfully retaining its Michelin star, before moving to the acclaimed Hambledon Vineyard to spearhead the launch of its restaurant as Head Chef. He has designed a glorious six course menu focused on local and seasonal produce which may be complemented by wines curated by Cindy-Marie Harvey, a wine expert and owner of Love Wine Food Ltd, a private wine tour company.
