This is a wonderful, satisfying but mellow vegan dish which can be eaten on its own, with some rice or a chunk of bread. You could also add some toasted nuts and seeds for crunch and a dollop of soya yoghurt.

Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase for three months. Defrost fully before use and do not re-freeze once defrosted.
