This recipe was handed down to Antonia when she was a little girl living in the South of France with her family.  Gluten free and packed full of almonds it is one of our more simple but most popular cakes.

 

Serves 8-10

Ground Almonds, Eggs, Butter, Sugar, Gluten Free Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Vanilla Extract, Almond Essence, White Rum
