With Lamb, Chickpeas & Harissa
These are best served hot and microwave very well. Suggest 2 minutes per pepper in the microwave then a good 10-15 minutes in a preheated 180C or 160C oven until thoroughly hot. Serve with a crisp green salad, couscous or perhaps some new potatoes.
Refrigerate until using. Not suitable for freezing.
