Why this all began…
Little Bee Bakery was started when I wanted to give my young son biscuits and cakes that contained no preservatives or artificial additives.
Baking for Fionn from my domestic kitchen led to a farmers market stall, then to supplying local cafes and delis. In 2013 we moved to our present location (also known as The Hive!)
From just me working from home we now have a small team who all have a passion for baking and an artistic flare. Many of our recipes have been developed during our experimental kitchen sessions while our design skills are put into practice with the iced biscuits and cake decorating.
The business has grown rapidly by its reputation and we now produce a wide range of cakes, biscuits, iced biscuits, tray bakes, tea cakes, whoopie pies, scones and oatcakes for wholesale and retail customers.
